Shipping & Delivery Information

A note on International Fees: Please be aware that unless specifically marked as "Duty Paid," international orders may be subject to import taxes and customs fees upon arrival. Retromart.co.uk is not liable for these additional costs. 

Processing & Dispatch

Most orders ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days. Merch items are custom-printed on demand, processing times may slightly increase during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience while we craft your items!

Shipping Times & Tracking

All orders are sent via a fully tracked service. Once your package is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can monitor its journey.

UK: Expect delivery within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

USA & Canada: Typically arrives within 7-14 business days after dispatch.

Rest of World: Delivery usually takes between 14-21 business days.

European Union Customers

Please note that we do not collect VAT or import duties at checkout. Customers residing in the EU are responsible for settling any local taxes or customs charges required by their country upon delivery.

 

Missing or Delayed Orders

An order is considered "non-delivered" if it fails to arrive at your provided address or if tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package.

Investigation Policy: In the event of a delivery dispute, we may conduct a formal inquiry with our shipping partners before issuing a replacement or refund.

When to Reach Out: If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of its expected delivery date, please contact us at help@retromart.co.uk so we can look into it for you.
