Shipping policy

We offer free tracked standard delivery on all UK orders.

Processing and dispatch

• Stocked games and hardware: normally dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Made-to-order merchandise and custom items: normally dispatched within 3–5 business days.

During unusually busy periods, or if an item needs additional preparation, we will contact you if the dispatch estimate changes materially.

Delivery estimates after dispatch

• United Kingdom: normally 3–5 business days.
• United States and Canada: normally 7–14 business days.
• Rest of world: normally 14–21 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Tracking and packaging

Orders are sent using a tracked service. We will email the tracking details when your order is dispatched. Collector items are packaged carefully to protect cases, sleeves, seals and other original components.

International taxes and duties

Unless checkout specifically states that duties are paid, international customers are responsible for import VAT, customs duties and local handling fees charged by the destination country.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, email help@retromart.co.uk with your order details. We may open an investigation with the carrier before providing a replacement or refund.
